Bag unloading and feeding station: The system is composed of manual unloading bin, anti-pressure feeding platform, lower bin, vibrating screen, filtration system, dust collection system, blow back air bag and vibration motor and other components.
Small bag feeding station: The system is composed of manual unloading bin, anti-pressure feeding platform, lower bin, safety screen, filtration system, dust collection system, blowback air bag and other components.
When the small bag material needs to be unbagged and poured into the next process, it only needs to be directly unpacked and put into the system manually. Material dust generated during feeding is collected by dust collector fan.
Material through the vibrating screen (safety screen) block material and foreign matter interception, so as to ensure the smooth input of particles in line with the requirements.
