Working Principle :
1.WF Series Sugar grinder is composed of feeding part, grinding chamber and product outlet. The grinding chamber is composed of feeding hopper,fixed and rotatable grinding knife, , screen, water cooling etc.,
2.The material enters the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. Under the impact of the high- speed rotating blade in the grinding chamber, the material is thrown to the gear ring fixed on the body, causing impact and shear, and the collision, friction and shear between the material and the material, the material and the blade and the gear ring.
3.The crushed material, under the influence of the thrust of the positive pressure air flow generated by the high-speed rotating blade inside the grinding chamber pass through the screen and discharged to the product collecting bag .
Operation process of WF series sugar grinder :
- Turn the handwheel, until it is loose to a certain level, and gently push the handwheel to the left to open the door cover of the grinding chamber.
- Take off the mesh screen frame, take out the screen piece, replace the suitable screen piece, install the frame again.
- Close the door cover of the grinding chamber and tighten the hand wheel .
- Connect the receiving bag to the outlet hopper and tie the mouth of the bag.
- Turn on the power switch. After that experiment with no load for 1-2 minutes, and then adjust the material flow by the valve down the feed hopper .
