I. Safety Regulations

  1. The protective cover of the transmission chain of the mixer should be intact to prevent personal injury accidents when people touch the working chain.
  2. The fastening bolts of the motor base should be inspected regularly, and the foundation should have sufficient rigidity to prevent the chain from jumping or falling off due to loose foundation, resulting in transmission failure.
  3. When inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the machine, it is necessary to cut off the power supply and hang a sign.
  4. It is strictly prohibited to put hands or other tools into the machine during operation.
  5. Only after the machine has completely stopped can cleaning and inspection be carried out inside the machine.
  6. Cables and wires should have protective sleeves.

II. Maintenance Procedures

  1. During operation, check the compressed air pipeline for air leakage at least once per shift, and drain the accumulated water in the oil-water separation triple piece once.
  2. Check once a week whether the discharge door is leaking, whether the sealing strip is damaged, and whether the discharge linkage mechanism is in the dead center position when closing the door.
  3. Clean the remaining materials attached to the inner wall of the buffer bucket once a week.
  4. Brush the transmission chain and sprocket with diesel once a month, and refresh the chain sprocket with engine oil.
  5. Clean the fuel injector once a month, while also cleaning the remaining attached materials on the inner wall and cover plate of the mixer.
  6. Measure the coefficient of variation of the mixer outlet and finished product packaging port once a month, and select products with short mixing time for the measurement of the coefficient of variation.

III. Maintenance procedures
Minor repair : The mixer undergoes minor repairs every six months, including the following contents

  1. Check if the wire connections inside the motor junction box are loose.
  2. Clean the remaining materials attached to the inner walls of the mixer and buffer hopper.
  3. Clean the oil-water separation triplet to ensure smooth gas flow.
  4. Check the wear of the pin shafts at each hinge point of the unloading linkage mechanism, replace the severely worn pin shafts, and ensure the reliability and stability of the linkage mechanism operation.
  5. Replace the sealing strip of the discharge door, check the reliability of the limit stroke of the switch door, and adjust its position to ensure the sealing of the discharge door.
  6. Check the tightness of the transmission chain and the tightness of the motor base, adjust the chain tensioner or motor base to maintain the appropriate tension of the chain.
  7. Replace the gearbox lubricating grease.

Intermediate maintenance :The intermediate maintenance of the mixer is conducted once a year, including the following contents

  1. Complete the minor repair.
  2. Clean the wear of the rotor and the gap between the rotor and the object, repair or replace severely worn screw belts or blades, and adjust the gap between the rotor and the shell to the allowable range (about 5mm).
  3. Clean the main bearing and bearing seat, check their wear, replace them if necessary, and add lubricating oil to the bearings.
  4. Check the wear of the cylinder and replace severely worn components.
  5. Check the compressed air pipeline, especially the aging of the rubber hose, and replace it if necessary.
  6. Disassemble and clean the gearbox, check the wear of each component, replace the worn parts if necessary, and add lubricating grease to the gearbox.
  7. Check the wear of the transmission chain and sprocket, and replace them if necessary.
  8. Check the wear of the motor bearings and add lubricating grease to the motor bearings.
