Our client from Bolivia ordered one unit of copper coating pan machine ,now we finished the machine test and ready to make the shipment.
As customer’s requirement , this copper coating pan is equipped with :
- Copper pan with diameter 800mm ,depth 400mm , opening diameter 400mm, thickness 3mm.
- Speed adjuster for the pan rotation
- Fixed ribs inside
- External electric heater down the pan
- Discharging motor to empty the pan
Compared to our standard BY seires of coating pan machine , this type of machine is more convenient for discharging the finished product inside the drum .
and with the copper pan , it has a better thermal conductivity than the stainless steel pan so it is better for the coating of food product such as making sugar coated peanuts ,chocolate coated almonds etc.
Also with the external heater , it will have a higher temperature inside the pan during the working process.
