Product Description
The so-called vacuum drying, is drying material in the vacuum condition, heating drying. If the vacuum pump is used to pump air and dehumidification, the drying speed is accelerated.
Note: If condenser is used. The solvent in the material can be recovered by the condenser. If the solvent is water, the condenser can not be used to save energy investment.
Applied Material :
1. The boiling point of the material solution is reduced under vacuum. The heat transfer driving force of the evaporator increases. Therefore, heat transfer area of evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.
2. Low pressure steam or waste heat steam can be used as heat source for evaporation operation.
3. Less heat loss in evaporator.
4, Before drying can be disinfected, drying process of any impurity into the dirt.
5, Belongs to the static vacuum dryer. So the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
