WFJ Superfine Grinder

Working Principle

The material enters the crushing chamber through the hopper and is shear and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring. Because the grading wheel is rotating, the powder flowing into the leaf passage is under the action of aerodynamic force and centrifugal force at the same time. The particles larger than the critical diameter (graded particle size) in the powder are thrown back to the crushing chamber to continue crushing because of the large mass, and the particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and bag filter through the method of negative pressure air transport through the discharge pipe, and the discharged material meets the requirements of the product.
