Product Description
The ribbon mixer is generally used for mixing of viscous or agglomerative powder and mixing of liquid and paste materials added to the powder. At the same time, because of the characteristics of difficult cleaning of viscous materials, it is suitable for mixing occasions with large yield and infrequent replacement of varieties.
Working Principle
The machine is composed of mixing groove, spiral stirring blade and transmission parts. The spiral blade is generally made of two layers. The outer spiral collects the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral shunt the material from the center to both sides, so that the material forms convective mixing in the mixing groove, so as to achieve high uniformity mixing.
