1.This machine is mainly used for coating nuts / peanuts / almonds / dried fruit with sugar , it is also can be used for making praline and dragees ,caramel peanuts , etc.
2.This machine is semi-automatic with a structure made of food grade stainless steel 304 while the pans are made of copper for coating nuts with sugar.
The machines are equipped with :
1.Speed control for adjusting the rotation speed of the copper pan .
2.Pan rotation system to allow automatic unloading of the product and adjust the inclination of the pan during the coating process to improve coverage .
3.External gas/electric heaters down the pan .
